Returns and cancellations:

1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this by sending email to info@estpuk.com within 24h. Please place " Order cancellation" as a subject and 
provide your telephone number in case we need to contact you.

2. Items must be returned within 30 days from the order date to claim the refund.

3. In case of return, bonus/free items  may only be kept if it is clearly stated in the offer. Otherwise, the whole package must be returned.

4. All the products must be returned in their original shipping containers and/or packaging.

5. Return postage is paid by the buyer. We return total price of the product: price and p&p.

6. In the unlikely event of damaged goods, we shall change them providing the faulty ones are sent back. Standard postage fee will be reimbursed in 

cash/cheque or an equivalent voucher will be supplied.

Shipping

1. As a rule we use 1st class, Royal Mail. This postage price is included in the price of the product. 

2. We use Royal Mail, airmail for international orders.
 
3. We charge £2.95 for orders up to 200g (printed papers/small packages) to Europe and Rest of the World.

4. In case of out of stock items or backordered ones, we shall notify the customer via email about the delay and tend to fulfil the order within the
 next 3 weeks.
